JRTC PureSkill No FFS Bass Tournament Trail

Jump into the excitement of the JRTC PureSkill Fishing Tournaments, where we celebrate the thrill of fishing like it’s the good old days— no FFS allowed! By banning forward-facing sonar, we level the playing field, relying on your "pure" ability to read the water, locate structure and adapt to changing conditions. So grab your trusty rod and unleash your instincts as you compete against fellow anglers. It’s all about the fun and camaraderie as you share unforgettable moments on the water. So get ready to cast your lines and embrace the adventure—let’s make some incredible memories together!

There seems to be a lot of confusion over the insurance requirements for the JRTC PureSkill Tournaments LLC. First let me reiterate that we have our own insurance policy and adding JRTC PureSkill Tournaments LLC as additional insured does not (1) cost you any additional money, (2) does not give us any control over your policy and (3) does not add us to your policy for any other situations other than the tournaments you fish with us. What is does do is cover JRTC PureSkill Tournaments LLC from being sued if you cause damage to property or injure someone during the tournament.

****An additional insured is a person or business added to someone else’s insurance policy, usually via an endorsement. It protects the added party from liability claims stemming from the primary policyholder’s incident, your policy does not cover us if we are the cause of any damage****

Example: If you lose control of your boat and destroy someone’s dock or crash into someone, seriously injuring them, and they try to sue you and JRTC PureSkill Tournaments LLC, by adding us as additional insured, we will be protected under your policy.

To request from your insurance company is very simple and takes just a few minutes. All you have to do is email or call your insurance company and tell them you need a COI for your boat policy with JRTC PureSkill Tournaments added as additional insured. They can mail it to 1410 W. City Point Rd, Hopewell, VA 23860 or email it to Jamesrivertackle@gmail.com
